📄 Terms & Conditions – Alhinna

Welcome to Alhinna, a freelance initiative based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Usage

Our books are for personal learning and practice only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any part of the content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2. Order Process

All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as the books are printed specifically for each buyer.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted through Razorpay and other integrated payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, as books are custom printed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 4 working days after confirmation.
Delivery is available within India only, and the estimated delivery time is 7–9 working days.
Tracking details will be sent via email once dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of customized products, returns and refunds are not applicable.
In case of damage or printing error, please contact us with photos within 2 days of receiving your product.

6. User Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communication between you and Alhinna.

7. Changes to Terms

Alhinna reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
